- Richard is a member of the Law Society of NSW Injury Compensation Committee which advises and aides the Law Society on matter relevant to the area of personal injury and reforms.
- An accredited specialist in Personal Injury Law since 2012, Richard specialises in work injury damages, workers compensation, Comcare claims, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability, superannuation, brain injury, skin cancer, product liability and industrial hearing loss claims.
- He is also an Approved Legal Service Provider to the Independent Review Officer (IRO).
- Richard is based in our Parramatta office, but often sees clients in the firm’s Sydney, Penrith, Windsor and Narellan offices.
