No win, no fee* on all compensation claims
Learn moreWhat is ‘No Win-No Fee’ and how does it work?
After your obligation free initial meeting and case assessment, if we advise you that we consider your proposed claim has reasonable prospects of success and is economically viable to proceed, we will agree to take on your case on a ‘No Win – No Fee’ basis, which simply means that we will only be paid a reasonable fee for the work we have done to win your case at the end of your claim if and only if you win or achieve a successful outcome.
A successful outcome is either a settlement or a favourable judgment award.

What happens if my case goes to trial and I lose?
In the unlikely or even highly unlikely event that your claim goes to trial, and in the even more unlikely event that your case goes all the way to trial and you lose, we will not seek to charge you anything for all of the work we have done for you.
Our ‘No Win – No Fee’ policy does not provide an indemnity for the other side’s legal costs in the highly unlikely event that your case proceeds to trial and you lose.
If your case is unsuccessful or fails at trial, it is likely that the court would make an order that you pay the other side’s legal costs. This is likely to be a substantial sum.
98% to 99% of the cases that we take on are resolved or settled prior to trial.
