Nicola's expertise

Nicola is a Senior Associate in Turner Freeman’s medical negligence team. She works primarily in the area of medical negligence and has also acted in coronial inquests, public liability, discrimination, immigration and privacy claims, as well as conducted and investigated class action proceedings.

She has a particular passion for helping people from refugee and first nation’s backgrounds and has specially undertaken cultural competency and awareness training through the Australian National University.

  • Nicola is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance; NSW Law Society and is a board member of a refugee advocacy charitable organisation.

Qualifications and Admissions

  • Masters of Law (Government and Regulation) with a focus on personal injury and medical law.
  • Bachelor of Laws.
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
  • Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.
