2025 Doyles Guide Dust Disease Awards

The 2025 Doyle’s Guide rankings have delivered a landmark result for Turner Freeman, reaffirming our long-standing position as Australia’s most experienced and trusted dust disease law firm. Doyle’s Guide is an independent, peer-reviewed publication that is widely regarded as a leading indicator of genuine expertise in the legal profession. In the 2025 iteration of the guide, Turner Freeman had ten nominated dust disease lawyers featured across 4 states, which is more than any other law firm in Australia.

Turner Freeman recognised across all our practising states

Turner Freeman was recognised as either a Leading or First Tier Asbestos & Dust Diseases Compensation Law Firm across four different states:

  • Queensland
  • New South Wales
  • South Australia
  • Western Australia

No other firm in Australia has achieved this result.

These commendations reflect the strength and dedication of our specialist dust teams, our decades of experience in complex Dust Diseases litigation, and our commitment to delivering justice for workers and families affected by asbestos exposure, silica dust and other occupational lung diseases.

Ten lawyers receive recognition for excellence in dust disease compensation law

This year, ten Turner Freeman lawyers were recognised nationally for their work in dust disease litigation — more than any other Australian firm. We are proud to celebrate this achievement and the exceptional work our national Dust Diseases teams undertake. The lawyers receiving recognition in the 2025 Doyles Guide for as leading Asbestos & Dust Diseases Compensation Lawyers include:
