Jess’s expertise

Jess joined Turner Freeman as a law clerk in South Australia in 2013. She was admitted to practice in 2017 and has been primarily based in our Parramatta office since 2024.

Jess practices in compensation law, specialising in dust disease claims. She has experience pursuing claims in New South Wales and South Australia. She also has experience pursuing dust diseases claims in the United Kingdom.

Jess’ experience includes assisting to prepare and instruct counsel in several landmark decisions, including that of Latz v Amaca Pty Ltd (formerly James Hardie & Coy Pty Limited) and Werfel v Amaca Pty Limited (formerly James Hardie & Coy Pty Ltd).
